Our Teachers

All Chesterfield Academy employees and teachers have met and exceeded thorough Missouri State Licensing requirements to provide excellent care for our families. All Chesterfield Academy employees have been screened and registered through the Family Care Safety Registry as child care workers. This background screening accesses information from the following agencies:

• Criminal history information on file with the Missouri State Highway Patrol
• Sex Offender Registry information on file with the Missouri State Highway Patrol
• Child Abuse/Neglect information on file with the Missouri Department of Social Services
• Foster parent license denial, revocation or suspension information on file with the Missouri Department of Social Services
• Employee Disqualification List information in file with the Missouri Department on Health and Senior Services
• Employee Disqualification Registry information on file with the Missouri Department of Mental Health
• Child Care license revocations on file with the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services

All Chesterfield Academy employees have been trained in CPR and First Aid. In addition, all employees continue their growth in the field with ongoing classes in the child care field. Chesterfield Academy employees are loving and nurturing individuals that are educated in the field of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education through degrees in Early Childhood or related fields and/or have experience working with children in a group setting.
